This year I have read more books than the previous two years. Participating in all those readathons and reading challenges certainly did not hurt, although it also made me read more fiction and more non BC books, to fulfill the prompts that I do not have books handy for.
For the year long challenges, I completed the 666 Reading Challenge, the Popsugar and the Goodreads, though I did not manage the Book Riot Read Harder, which usually proves to be the hardest one due to its very specific prompts that are usually out of my usual reads. I have also participated in a lot of readathons. I enjoyed them all but they did distract me from my goal to reduce my TBR.
